EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PASSWORD GENERATOR: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Password Protect Software ("the Author") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media, and may include electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Without prejudice to any other rights, Password Protect Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE You may install, run and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any computer provided that you do not charge in any direct or implicit way for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT itself. 2. DISTRIBUTION OF THE TRIAL VERSION You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the unmodified SOFTWARE PRODUCT as you wish; give exact copies of the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT; and distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and accompanying materials in their unmodified form via any means (including, but not limited to, online distribution via the Internet, and CDROM/DVDROM distribution). There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and/or accompanying materials as a part of other product or service (commercial or otherwise) without prior permission. 3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. All rights of any kind in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Password Protect Software. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, nor permit anyone else to do so. 4. OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHTS, AND TRADEMARKS The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are exclusively owned by Password Protect Software, its licensors, and/or respective third parties. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights or any other interest in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any materials that accompany the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you. No right or license to any trademarks owned by Password Protect Software, its licensors, or any third parties appearing in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or in any materials that accompany the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, is granted to you by this EULA. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: THE AUTHOR OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY MATERIALS THAT ACCOMPANY THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION, EXAMPLE FILES, AND ILLUSTRATIONS), ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
